Description Position Title: Maintenance Technician Reporting to: Maintenance Manager Department: Production Central Power Systems & Services is a privately held company with deep roots going back to 1954. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to help support that mission. JOB SUMMARY A Maintenance Technician isresponsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within a facility, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely by identifying issues, ordering necessary parts, and completing repairs in a timely manner;often including emergency response to urgent breakdowns. WORK CONDITIONS Physical Demands/Work Environment: This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
