Introduction to the job This Senior Technical Support Engineer role is focused on advanced DUV system diagnostics, global escalation support, and continuous improvement. The engineer will help field teams resolve complex issues faster, strengthen technical capability across regions, and reduce customer downtime through structured problem solving and clear knowledge transfer. You will join a global team of expert engineers focused on solving machine failures, strengthening field capability, and helping internal customers become more self-sufficient over time. The North America Deep Ultraviolet (DUV) Global Support Center is based in Chandler, Arizona, and works closely with our teams in Linkou, Taiwan and Veldhoven, Netherlands.
