This role supports a centralized Analytics & Reporting team responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards and reporting solutions across multiple business functions. The Senior Project Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects supporting stakeholders in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other enterprise teams. Success in this role requires the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and effectively collaborate with both technical and business partners across the organization. The Sr. Project Manager role plays a critical part in delivering high-qualityinformation systems-specific projects using Waterfall methodologies. Using extensiveknowledge and experience in project management principles and information systems leading practices, theincumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of various information systemsprojects. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for identifying project requirements, setting projectobjectives, and identifying IT stakeholders. They will work closely with key stakeholders across theorganization, including technical teams, business teams, application programmers, and leaders. The incumbentwill coordinate work performed by IT stakeholders by defining project requirements, performing feasibility andneeds/impact assessments and will work with the team to implement new project management tools andtechniques. This role requires expertise in project management and information system methodologies. Theincumbent will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.They will be responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to successfullycomplete projects. WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO: *Develop and maintain project management tasks for internal information systems-specific projects, includingproject planning, defining requirements, scheduling, tracking, and resource management tools *Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion on schedule, within budget, and with highquality deliverables *Establish project scope by analyzing project requirements, setting project objectives, and identifying projectstakeholders *Prepare and monitor project budgets and monitor project costsin order toensure cost-effectiveness *Coordinate and track work performed by IT project team members to ensure completion on time and withinbudget *Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, changes, and dependencies and escalate as required *Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to upper management, key stakeholders, andproject sponsors including project status, budget, progress, risks, and scope *Develop and implement project quality control and quality assurance processes *Liaise with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives *Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in project management methodologies, informationsystems, and technologies KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: *4+ years of experience in project management with a focus on information systems (ideally involving network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, and/or PC deployment) *Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques *Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting *Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies *Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams *In-depth knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence *Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Technical Skills *Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) Methodology *Project Management Methodology *Project Management Tools *Project Data Analysis & Insights *Data Modeling *Business Requirement Gathering & Documentation *Demand and Capacity Planning *Project Estimation and Budgeting *Top Skills Details* Project management, SDLC, PMP *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Education oRequired *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management, or in lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in the field of project management or Information Technology *Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or CAPM *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
