Are you an experienced Electronic Technician with strong board-level troubleshooting skills and experience repairing complex server or data center hardware? Join a leading technology manufacturing team supporting next-generation computing systems.

Important: Candidates must be able to travel to Mexico for training and have valid international travel documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair server and data center PCBAs at the board and component level.
• Diagnose issues involving CPUs, GPUs, memory, power systems, FPGAs, and ASICs.
• Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic equipment to identify failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BIOS logs, and diagnostic data.
• Support BGA rework, X-ray verification, and thermal profiling activities.
• Create repair documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electronics repair or troubleshooting experience.
• Strong board-level and component-level diagnostic skills.
• Experience repairing enterprise servers, networking equipment, storage systems, or similar electronics.
• Ability to read electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
• Experience with advanced test equipment required.
• BGA rework, X-ray inspection, and thermal analysis experience preferred.
