Are you passionate about finding great talent? We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to support hiring efforts for a manufacturing company. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, talent research, social media recruiting, and pipeline development for both exempt and non-exempt positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate, former agency recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or sourcing specialist looking for flexible part-time hours in a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking platforms, schools, and other talent sources
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct talent market research and sourcing strategies using AI-powered recruiting tools and technology
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Track and organize candidate information within recruiting systems
• Help create sourcing campaigns to attract manufacturing talent
• Support recruiting efforts for skilled, professional, and hourly positions

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates for a manufacturing company required
• Knowledge of social media recruiting, talent search techniques, and candidate engagement
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Interest in AI and modern recruiting technology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Recruiting agency, HR, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience preferred
• Recent HR graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
