Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.



Experience Requirements


  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
  • Experience with lathes, milling machines, drill presses, or similar equipment preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or PLC systems beneficial


Job Duties


  • Assist with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
  • Support maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Perform plumbing repairs and facility upkeep as needed
  • Help maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts inventory
  • Assist with PLC programming and equipment improvements
  • Monitor contractor work and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
  • Support warehouse and production operations when needed
  • Train new employees and assist with special projects



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
