Receiving Associate
Position Summary The Receiving Associate is responsible for unloading inbound shipments and accurately processing incoming product to support warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work on your feet for the entire shift, and a commitment to meeting productivity and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks in a safe and timely manner Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Sort incoming product into designated bins by size (Small, Medium, Large) to support Stocking operations Perform ICBM (Inventory Control Bin Maintenance) tasks as assigned Maintain organization and cleanliness of the receiving area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support other warehouse functions as needed Equipment & Tools Pallet jacks and material handling equipment RF scanner (as required) Opportunity for training and certification on a sit-down forklift Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift (8+ hours) Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull product safely Frequent bending, reaching, and moving of materials Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Dependable with strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Willingness to train on powered industrial equipment
