What You'll Need to Get Rolling:

• Clean and current: Valid Class A CDL license + DOT Medical Card.
• Cleared for the road: Registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse and able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Safe and steady: No more than 3 total violations or accidents in the past 3 years.
• Experience: At least 1 year of CDL driving under your belt.
• Know your stuff: Solid understanding of DOT regs, pre/post-trip checks, and safety rules.
• Strong enough: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle freight when needed.
