Responsibilities

The Director of Investor Relations will be responsible for developing, executing and supporting the Keysight Technologies Investor Relations program in collaboration with the Vice President of Investor Relations. This position is an exciting opportunity for a strong investor relations professional to help drive Keysight's investor and research analyst engagement and to work directly with the executive management team. Responsibilities include hosting and assisting with analyst and investor calls and meetings, preparing presentations for the investment community, tracking current and targeted prospective investors, monitoring stock performance and activity, preparing for company-hosted investor meetings, such as Investor Days, Tech Talks and other projects and analysis as needed. The ability to represent Keysight in a confident, professional, and effective manner while demonstrating behavior consistent with our corporate values is key.

The successful candidate will have excellent financial, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills are required given the high level of coordination and communication with multiple internal partners, as well as external resources. He or she needs to be well-versed in the legal and financial reporting requirements of public companies and have a solid understanding of the technology industry.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Regularly interact with the investment community and clearly articulate the company's business strategy and competitive position.
* Plan, coordinate and develop presentations, meetings and conferences between senior management and investors.
* Work closely with internal and external resources to manage processes for quarter-end conference calls, non-deal roadshows, Investor Days and Tech Talks.
* Create and/or manage ad hoc deliverables as required.
* Provide senior management with market information, insight into investor concerns, and current competitive/peer data.
* Review and communicate key points from analyst research reports and notes to internal constituents.
* Manage the institutional investor targeting program.
* Manage the investor relations website to enhance investor communication and satisfy disclosure requirements.
* Identify, assess, negotiate, and manage third-party IR service contracts and engagements as needed.
* Be well-versed in Keysight's end markets and the solutions that address these markets and customers.
* Support, promote and adhere to all SEC Regulation Fair Disclosure requirements.


Qualifications

  • An advanced degree with a minimum of 12-15 years' relevant business and investor relations experience; electrical or related engineering experience a plus
  • Strong financial, analytical and communication skills, coupled with sound judgment
  • Results orientation and proven planning and organizational skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset and track record of execution
  • Track record of independently prioritizing and meeting commitments
  • Ability to develop and communicate key messages about the company, its businesses, markets, and solutions
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal/external partners and executives
  • Demonstrated comfort with making presentations to external audiences and company executives
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence across functions and organizations at the peer and executive level

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California Pay Range MIN $163,950.00 MIDPOINT $218,600.00 MAX $273,250.00
