KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Identity Access Management Governance to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) transformation programs, providing strategic direction for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations, migrations, and modernization initiatives across complex client environments.
  • Oversee the design, architecture, and governance of SailPoint ISC solutions, including application onboarding, workflows, access certifications, role models, policies, and integrations that align with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the senior technical advisor and escalation point for complex identity governance, migration, and platform optimization challenges, driving successful outcomes and risk mitigation.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of architects, consultants, and technical specialists while fostering delivery excellence, technical growth, and high-performing project teams.
  • Partner with executive sponsors, security leaders, application owners, and business stakeholders to develop identity governance roadmaps, align technology investments with organizational objectives, and establish leading practices.
  • Support business development efforts through solution design, proposal development, client presentations, and identification of opportunities to expand identity and access management services within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience delivering Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, including at least four years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and demonstrated leadership of complex SailPoint programs
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degree and SailPoint professional certifications (for example: SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, SailPoint Certified Identity Security Leader) are preferred
  • Proven experience leading large-scale SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations, application onboarding initiatives, and migrations from legacy IAM platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Saviynt, and other identity governance solutions.
  • Deep expertise in identity governance and administration, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role engineering, segregation of duties (SoD), privileged access governance, and compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, NIST, and ISO 27001.
  • Demonstrated success leading and mentoring technical teams while delivering complex identity transformation programs; strong experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and SaaS environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Proven ability to engage executive leadership, CISOs, security, audit, and business stakeholders to drive strategic identity governance initiatives; prior consulting or professional services experience leading multiple client engagements is strongly preferred, with knowledge of emerging trends including AI-enabled governance and non-human identity management.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly
