As the Sterile Processing Manager, you will oversee the 24/7 operations of the campus-specific Sterile Processing Department (SPD), ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. This highly visible leadership role is instrumental in supporting surgical services and procedural areas by ensuring the timely delivery of safe, sterile, and properly functioning instrumentation and equipment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and collaborative healthcare leader who is passionate about quality, staff development, process improvement, and delivering exceptional service to both patients and clinical partners.
