Overview

Placement Type:

Temporary

Salary:

$24.83-27.59 Hourly

Start Date:

Aug 3, 2026

You'll be the backbone of our product development operations, owning the master data that powers our entire PLM system. We're looking for someone who's obsessed with accuracy, moves fast, and genuinely cares about getting details right. This is a high-volume role managing thousands of colorways and product specs each season, so if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts product launches, this could be perfect for you.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Manage seasonal color codes, colorway development, and Bill of Materials (BOM) data for our product lines
  • Own color creation and maintenance for raw materials, prints, graphics, and washes through development and production
  • Track and manage 2500+ colorways per season across multiple categories
  • Conduct and attend live BOM review meetings during key milestone weeks
  • Reconcile merchant assortment data against PLM records to catch issues before they become problems
  • Keep cross-functional teams aligned through clear communication and post-meeting follow-ups
  • Train and support other teams on PLM best practices as you become the system expert
  • Manage overlapping seasonal deadlines and multiple projects without dropping the ball

The Work Environment

Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (1hr lunch). Flexible on remote or onsite depending on what works for you. Daily standups with your manager, clear task lists to track, and end-of-day check-ins so everyone knows what's in motion. You'll be working alongside product development, merchandising, and vendor teams who all depend on your accuracy to move forward.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in fashion, apparel, or product development
  • Centric PLM experience or quick ability to pick up new systems
  • Proficiency in Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office
  • Attention to detail that borders on obsessive
  • Speed and efficiency without sacrificing accuracy
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Someone who takes ownership and asks questions when something doesn't add up

Why This Matters

This is a project-focused role supporting a key seasonal deliverable. If you perform well, there's real opportunity to extend this assignment and potentially transition to a permanent position. We bring people back to our account when they prove they can deliver.
