Summary: In this role, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of Vizient's enterprise Talent Management programs, including performance management, talent and succession planning, career development, and skills-based workforce initiatives. You will partner with HR Business Partners, People Team Centers of Excellence, Analytics, HR Technology, and business leaders to deliver integrated Talent Management solutions that strengthen workforce decisions and organizational capability. You will provide strategic consultation, lead cross-functional initiatives, leverage talent data to drive actionable insights, and advance innovative practices that enhance the leader and employee experience. This is an office-based role with an expectation of three days per week on-site in Irving, TX. #LI-JS1 Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
