Summary: In this role, you will provide strategic legal counsel supporting the organization's procurement, development, deployment, and commercialization of technology solutions. You will negotiate complex technology agreements, advise on software licensing, data use, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, privacy, and cybersecurity matters, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable innovation while appropriately managing legal and regulatory risk. You will report to Vizient's VP, Managing Counsel, and provide practical legal guidance that advances business objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This is an office-based role with an expectation of three days per week on-site in Irving, TX, Chicago, Il or Centennial, CO #LI-JS Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $156,500.00 to $290,100.00.This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
