Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking an experienced Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Sales Engineer to support and grow our Tier 2 CSP business across North America. This role combines deep technical understanding of data center and GPUbased solutions with strong customer engagement and commercial execution. Key Responsibilities: Partner with CSP Account Executives to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across Tier 2 CSP accounts Translate customer technical requirements into highlevel solution concepts and Lenovobased architectures Prepare configurations and ensure technical readiness for pricing, quoting, and commercial proposals Support customer engagements including technical discussions, evaluations, and proofofconcept activities Act as a technical interface between customers and internal Lenovo teams to resolve complex requirements or escalations Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales, operations, supply chain, and global product teams Evangelize Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions portfolio and influence customer technology strategies Build and maintain strong technical relationships with CSP customers across multiple levels of seniority Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, or a related field 8+ years of experience in data center, server, or infrastructure solutions in a presales or technical sales role Preferred Requirements: Strong handson experience with compute architectures, including GPU clusters; conceptual knowledge of storage and networking Experience translating complex technical needs into commercially viable solutions Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional European languages are an advantage Proven ability to work independently in a fastpaced, highdemand environment Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and internal stakeholders Willingness to travel within the US We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
