Maintenance Custodian

The Specialist performs some or all of the following accountabilities as assigned:
* Performing custodial and cleaning work, including dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment, and cleaning/waxing floors, common area kitchens, and restrooms.
* Operating cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners and floor polishers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Collecting and disposing of garbage and recycling materials in accordance with sanitation and operational standards.
* Ensuring all areas are clean and presentable, ready for use by employees and visitors.
* Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reporting any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the facilities management team.
* Adhering to health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
