Job DescriptionROLE: Coordinator, Programming Operation The Coordinator, Programming Operations works as part of the A&E, History, and Lifetime Scheduling, Acquisition and Strategy team. This role combines operational and administrative responsibilities. The position will work closely with the Director of Programming Operations to optimize programming processes and to refine the accuracy and integrity of critical program metadata. Additionally, the position includes coordinating cross-functional communications as well as providing direct administrative support to the EVP department head through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Finally, the role will include maintaining program schedules as needed. A critical component of the position is managing the day-to-day operations of the Networks' greenlight process, serving as a central point of coordination among Programming, Production, Research, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and senior leadership teams. In this highly visible, forward-facing role, the Coordinator helps facilitate the distribution of materials, tracks project milestones and approvals, and ensures stakeholders are aligned throughout the decision-making process. The position offers significant exposure to executive leadership across the company and provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into content strategy, programming decisions, and the development lifecycle of original programming.
