Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience; the budget for the position; and the application of fair, equitable, and consistent pay practices at the University. The full salary range for this position is $37.93 to $68.68/hour.

Brief Summary of Job Duties:
Reporting to the BFS Administrative Manager (Manager), the User Provisioning Analyst provides operational and administrative support for user access management, provisioning coordination, and system access compliance activities related to the Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) environment. The position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day access provisioning processes, supporting access-related troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with role-based training and established security protocols. The Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for access-related inquiries and Tier 1 support, managing ServiceNow ticket workflows and coordinating timely resolution of user requests. The role supports risk mitigation and compliance efforts through maintenance of access documentation, RSA access lists, and transaction models used to monitor system activity and user access patterns. The position works collaboratively with BFS leadership, Business Systems Analysts, and compliance teams to support operational continuity, maintain accurate provisioning records, and contribute to the effectiveness and integrity of financial system access controls.
Required Qualifications:

- 1-3 years Professional experience managing user provisioning, role assignments, and access administration within Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) or a comparable enterprise ERP environment.
- 1-3 years Experience navigating and administering user access and controls within the Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) environment or a similar enterprise ERP system.

Job Functions and Percentages of Time:
- 40% User Provisioning and Access Administration - Provides operational support for user provisioning and access management activities within Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC). -Coordinates the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow ticket triage, assignment, and resolution to support timely processing of user access requests. -Executes day-to-day user provisioning activities within OFC, including staging user access for final validation and approval. -Reviews requests for completeness and ensures adherence to established provisioning procedures and security protocols. -Manages and maintains Campus Role Security Analyst (RSA) access lists and related access documentation. -Verifies completion of required role-based training prior to staging system access. -Supports compliance with campus and systemwide access management requirements and internal control standards.
- 30% Customer Support and Issue Resolution - Serves as the primary Tier 1 support resource for OFC user access and provisioning inquiries. -Responds to user questions and troubleshooting requests related to system access and provisioning processes. -Assists users in resolving routine access issues and escalates complex matters to appropriate functional or technical teams. -Tracks and monitors support requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. -Provides guidance to users regarding provisioning procedures, access requirements, and support resources.
- 30% Documentation and Compliance Support - Supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of provisioning documentation, workflows, and compliance-related processes. -Assists Business Systems Analysts and compliance teams with maintaining current documentation for provisioning workflows and support procedures. -Maintains records and documentation related to user access, approvals, and compliance activities. -Participates in process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of provisioning activities. -Supports audit and compliance reviews by providing documentation and access-related records, as requested.
