As a Security Officer Identity Verification in Palm City, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location where you will help manage access points, monitor activity, and support residents, guests, and staff with professional customer service and communication. In this access control role, you will remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents while contributing to a caring, agile, and reliable team that values integrity, innovation, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a residential location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and other access-related activity according to property guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or public emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around residential buildings, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Support front gate and community access operations by providing directions, answering questions, and maintaining accurate logs and reports related to security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
