About This Role
This position exists to ensure the accuracy of data within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), as well as administration and compliance with federal, state, university, and Kansas Board of Regents policies and regulations regarding employees hired at Kansas State University. The incumbent is a Resource Center & Operations Representative for designated departments, providing information and guidance regarding hourly student, graduate student, unclassified and university support staff employee transactions and policies. Incumbent is responsible for Extension and other affiliated employee data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). In addition, they process all student transactions for the three local agencies affiliated with K-State. Jobs & Responsibilities

Together, these teams partner with campus units to provide responsive HR support, enhance organizational effectiveness, and help attract, develop, and retain a talented workforce. Worksite Description This position is Hybrid and/or Remote Eligible All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law.
