Your Contribution
- Supervise departmental operations and personnel to achieve production schedules, maintain process control, and ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and develop employees through training, performance management, coaching, and collaboration with group leaders while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Lean, PSO, and operational excellence initiatives by conducting shop floor management meetings, tracking action plans, and implementing process improvements.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Control, Sales, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve issues, and support business objectives.
- Manage department resources, including staffing, materials, tooling, budgets, and labor reporting, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor product quality, process capability, cycle times, and yields, identifying corrective actions and opportunities to improve productivity and performance.
Your Profile
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five (5) years related supervisory or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams, build effective cross-functional relationships, and drive continuous improvement. -
Proven management and problem-solving abilities, including planning, organizing, resource management, decision-making, and leading multiple shifts effectively. -
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of fiber optic materials/finishing technologies preferred, with the ability to support operational excellence initiatives and communicate effectively in English. - Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.
Total Compensation (Salary + Bonus) Pay Range: $70,000-$100,000 Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
