Job Title: Continuous Improvement LeaderReporting To: Manager, A&T (ECD)Work Schedule: Hybrid - Chatsworth, CAOverview: The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible in influencing the development and implementation of consistent Lean business practices across the site (mainly Operations driven) to drive increased growth, and operational excellence. Continuous Improvement Tasks will also be assigned by the Senior leadership Team. This position reports to the A&T Lab Manager, to lead the implementation of the company's Lean methodologies to improve communication and strengthen collaboration among team members. Activities will include deploying processes to reduce queue time, TAKT time, and unplanned down time. Additional responsibilities include implementation and/or participating in the development, execution, and maintenance of the transformation plans (preferably through Automation).
