A Day In The Life: Provide the necessary leadership to ensure the internal and external integrity of Bunge Chicago Clearing. Establishing the standards for operational excellence with all in house clearing/execution systems for all stake holders of Bunge Chicago. Manage all levels of customer service and compliance. Act as and the ambassador for Bunge to all regulatory institutions. What You'll Be Doing: o Daily balancing, margining, and reporting internally and to exchanges o Managing the delivery process with external counterparties and internal trade team o Fidessa and T4 limit management, system compliance, and system access support o Support senior accounting manager with the daily balances with the CME and ICE o Work with the back-office to address any discrepancies o Work with backoffice system provider to ensure all trade activity has been reported o Foster external relationships with the CFTC, CME, ICE and all related examiners such as Deloitte and Ernst and Young o Pro-actively provide guidance and support to all trading entities utilizing the clearing services of Bunge Chicago o Cultivate relationships within Bunge to ensure operational efficiencies and collaborative problem-solving solutions o Constantly look for opportunities to improve data management and reporting o Assist with projects impacting Bunge Chicago or trade flows o Assist senior accounting manager with compliance activities o Incorporate Bunge Core Values and foster the One Bunge model Skills/Experience Requirements: o 5 to 10 years of experience o College degree o Understanding the basics of trading and its elements o Futures delivery experience o Understanding of exchange compliance requirements o General accounting understanding o Relationship building capabilities o Capability to work under pressure and multitask o Effective communication skills both verbally and written with all levels of the firm o Ability to coordinate needs of the Bunge trade organization and the Global Execution Desk o Detail oriented o Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team environment Bunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays. The compensation range for this position is $98,296.00-$110,583.00. In addition to the regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
