Description Operations Specialist Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Primarily onsite position Occasional travel based on project and operational needs Job Summary The Operations Specialist is a key member of the Operations team who partners with clinical and administrative leaders to drive operational excellence across more than 250 practice locations. This role leads and supports operational projects and strategic initiatives that improve workflows, enhances the patient and staff experience, and supports organizational priorities. Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
