Job Description:

Cape Cod Grow Lab is looking for positive, organized, and detail-oriented candidates to join our Cannabis Post Harvest team. As a member of the Post Harvest team, you will work under the supervision of our Post Harvest Manager and Operations team to manicure cannabis to be packaged for sale, working effectively and safely with your team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the upmost cleanliness and organized work environment within the trimming room
  • Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming cannabis
  • Effectively trim plants to enhance their overall beauty
  • Maintaining accurate trim logs
  • Maintaining accurate weight logs
  • Responsible for maintaining quality products
  • Packaging, labeling, and boxing of wholesale products
  • Handling, transporting, and disposing of waste materials and accurately documenting all waste.
  • Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Post Harvest Manager/Operations Team
  • Assist with Cultivation tasks as needed
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate and cooperate with each department
  • Assist with harvest
  • Perform other duties as requested

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check as mandated by the Cannabis Control Board
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with your hands for prolonged periods
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Ability to take direction
  • Possess a good attitude and pride in the work being accomplished in an outstanding manner
  • Commitment to developing a range of skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Integrity and ability to work independently
  • Maintain clean, orderly, sanitary conditions
  • Professional and amicable demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Punctual and reliable with attendance
  • Professional and able to take direction
  • Dependable and hardworking attitude

  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and/or focus on one task for an entire day
  • Must possess superior fine motor skills and hand eye coordination

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, & sit
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Frequently required to bend, squat, and twist
  • Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, cutting, and fine manipulation
  • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
