About the Role

Love building strong client partnerships and keeping complex programs moving? This role is all about driving account growth, client retention, and seamless program delivery while partnering closely with Business Development and Operations. You'll support Life Sciences-related work in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment where responsiveness, professionalism, and smart problem-solving matter. If you enjoy owning client relationships, managing proposals, and helping teams deliver great work, you'll fit right in.

You're Good At

• Building trusted client relationships and managing follow-up, deliverables, and expectations with confidence
• Thriving in a fast-paced, structured environment where deadlines, quality, and process matter
• Handling budgets, forecasting, and financial performance while keeping a close eye on program spend and savings
• Creating polished proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Solving problems quickly, communicating clearly, and working across teams to keep projects on track

You Might Also Have

• A four-year degree in a business-related field
• Around 3 years of experience in executive support, sales support, client services, or a related role
• Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment
• A strong customer service mindset paired with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with Pharmaceutical Meetings Management Operations in a highly regulated, client-focused setting

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Account Manager, Life Sciences is between $75,000 - $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
