The Nursing Business Office Specialist reports directly to the Nursing Business Office Manager. This position provides administrative expertise to support core business operations. Under minimal supervision, this role manages schedules, time and attendance, and payroll data support for a diverse professional and para-professional workforce that supports a 24 hour/365-day patient care delivery model. This role uses an understanding of the hospital's scheduling and time and attendance systems to accurately pay employees in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and hospital policies.
Education & Experience:
Salary Range: Minimum 20.52/hour - Maximum 33.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
