This executive is a strategic leader responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Medicare-related products, services, and business operations across the enterprise. This executive will lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall Medicare performance. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a comprehensive Medicare business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market share. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations. * Lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Part D products. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product features, benefits, and pricing strategies. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Oversee Medicare-related operations, including sales, marketing, underwriting, and customer service. * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for Medicare-related activities. * Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive Medicare enrollment and revenue growth. * Collaborate with external partners, such as agents, brokers, and community organizations, to promote Medicare products. * Ensure compliance with marketing and sales regulations, including CMS guidelines. * Partner with stakeholders from across the business to ensure Medicare-related activities are informed by and compliant with regulatory requirements and standards set by CMS, HIPAA, and state-specific regulations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks and provide input on business strategies and initiatives. * Partner with stakeholders from across the business to influence and inform customer experience strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and provide input on service enhancements and process improvements that impact the Medicare customer experience. * Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Medicare-related activities, including enrollment, revenue, and customer satisfaction. * Analyze performance data to inform business decisions and drive improvements. Key Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on Medicare products and services. * Proven track record of success in Medicare business development, product management, and operational leadership. * Strong understanding of Medicare regulations, including CMS guidelines and requirements. * Strong understanding of healthcare policy and regulatory trends * Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Part D products * Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. * Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build effective relationships with stakeholders. * Enterprise thinker with ability to unify historically siloed functions. * Strong operator with a bias for execution and measurable outcomes. * Exceptional communicator with ability to influence at all levels. * Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical orientation. * Builder of high-performing teams and scalable operating models. Preferred: * Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field.
