Forklift Operator

*This is a 1st shift position in a clean, climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming loads
  • Prepare trailer for unloading
  • Inspect trailer and load (continue to observe for damage throughout process)
  • Unload trailer and ensure separation of items
  • Provide counts and location to receiving clerk
  • Prepare loads for further processing
  • Move loads to racks when receipt complete
• Process Shipments
  • Pick orders
  • Verify orders
  • Prepare orders for shipment
  • Prepare trailers for loading
  • Inspect trailer
  • Load trailers
• Other duties as may be assigned

• JD Edwards experience a plus
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility and the ability to manage change
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in the organization effectively and professionally
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• 1+ years of forklift experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

The national pay range for this role is $17.43 - $21.01 per hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
