Summary of Position

The Senior Director - Marketing, Prostate Cancer Diagnostics will develop and execute marketing strategy and tactical initiatives to support commercialization and launch of a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical. The role focuses on Oncology and Nuclear Medicine stakeholders treating Prostate Cancer across hospital and private practice settings.


This position builds and maintains strong cross-functional partnerships to drive meaningful and collective impact. The role will require strong collaboration as a core contributor to the promotional review process, ensuring all prostate cancer diagnostic materials and programs align with regulatory and compliance standards


Key areas of focus include supporting the development and execution of the following initiatives:



  • Brand Foundation: GTM strategy; scientific platform; brand naming/logo; message and concept development/testing; core visual aid; customer journey mapping
  • Brand Tactics: Sales force launch meeting/materials; HCP assets (website, journal/digital ads, HUB materials), patient materials (website, brochure)
  • Research Planning: Market research studies, segmentation, advisory boards
  • P2P & Conferences: Peer to peer programs; conference sponsorships/materials
  • Market Shaping: Campaign and asset development

Essential Functions

  • Determine brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and corresponding promotional tactics.
  • Drive business insights (through market research and competitive intelligence) that lead to a clear understanding of existing and future market dynamics.
  • Work with Commercial Operations in ROI measurement plan to assess impact of key tactics on sales growth.
  • Optimize annual budgets and other resources.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Sales leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Legal to ensure aligned objectives.
  • Ensure effective and compliant creation of brand resources in collaboration with Medical, Legal, Compliance Teams.
  • Manage and attend key congresses and professional and patient meetings.
  • Support sales organization including field travel.
  • Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA,EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.).



Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related medical or scientific field required.
  • 15 or more years of relevant work experience with 5 or more years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in Oncology, including launch experience required.
  • Strong Oncology KOL relationships.
  • Effective at working collaboratively on teams.
  • Experience effectively executing a wide range of personal and non-personal tactics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid business and financial acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.



Working Conditions:



  • Standard office environment.
  • Remote work acceptable with frequent trips to the St. Louis office, approximately one week per month.
  • Willingness to work in a team-based environment.
  • Must be able to work outside of regular work hours, including off shift, weekend, and holiday work as business needs require.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
