Job OverviewAs Senior Manager, HR Integration, M&A, you'll lead the HR integration strategy and execution for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships that shape T-Mobile's future. You'll partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, Corporate Development, and the business to ensure successful post-close integration of people, processes, systems, and culture. This role is best suited for an experienced HR M&A integration leader who has successfully guided organizations through complex acquisitions. While you'll partner closely with deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle, your primary focus will be leading post-close HR integration, implementation, change management, and operational execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in HR M&A while partnering on high-profile acquisitions that shape T-Mobile's future. You'll have the opportunity to expand your influence across increasingly complex integrations and help evolve our enterprise M&A capabilities. ** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and remote work is not an option. Required Qualifications:
Travel: Overland Park, KS base salary range: $142,500-$192,700 Frisco, TX base salary range: $151,100-$204,500 Bellevue, WA base salary range: $170,100-$230,100 Base Pay Range: $130,800 - $236,000 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
