The Credit & Collections Specialist is responsible managing assigned customer accounts to ensure timely payment, accurate application of credits, and overall accounts receivable health. This position performs
daily collection activities, reviews customer payment behavior, reconciles account discrepancies, and partners with Sales, Billing, and Cash Applications to resolve issues. This role plays a key part in minimizing past-due balances, improving cash flow, and upholding credit and collection policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

and brands FCA operates within.

1. Manage collections for assigned customer accounts.
2. Perform cash application review for accuracy.
3. Process credits in accordance with customer policy.
4. Generate and distribute customer statements.
5. Support customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and credits.
6. Work cross-functionally with Sale, Cash Applications, and Billing teams.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum 2 year degree in accounting or related field; work experience can be used in lieu of education.
