We're looking for a Loan Servicing Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the engine that keeps our loan operations running efficiently, accurately, and compliantly. From processing payments to managing insurance and supporting customers, you'll play a key role in helping people achieve their financial goals. What You'll Do Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference. As a Loan Servicing Representative, you'll: Deliver outstanding service to customers and colleagues alike Process loan payments, payoffs, and ACH transactions with precision Manage insurance-related activities, including flood insurance tracking and premium disbursements Reconcile accounts and resolve exceptions to maintain financial accuracy Book consumer and commercial loans while ensuring compliance and proper documentation Monitor escrow accounts and facilitate tax payments Support investor reporting and month-end processing activities Track insurance exceptions and collateral-related documentation Manage promissory notes, collateral releases, and paid note processing Conduct loan quality reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance Stay current with regulatory and compliance requirements through ongoing training Growth Opportunities Whether you're beginning your loan servicing career or bringing years of expertise, we offer opportunities to grow: Loan Servicing Representative Perform servicing functions for consumer and commercial loans Ideal for candidates with at least one year of financial industry experience Loan Servicing Specialist Handle consumer, complex commercial, construction, and investor-participated loans Requires three years of related loan servicing, documentation, or production experience Senior Loan Servicing Specialist Support complex and syndicated lending portfolios Mentor team members and assist with workflow management Test system upgrades, create procedures, and contribute to operational excellence Requires five years of advanced loan servicing experience What Makes You Successful You thrive in this role if you: Enjoy helping customers and solving problems Have exceptional attention to detail Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Communicate clearly and professionally Take initiative and work independently Enjoy learning and adapting to new systems and technology Value teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Related military education and experience may be considered in lieu of traditional education or work experience Experience Loan Servicing Representative One year of financial industry experience preferred Accounting education or experience may substitute for industry experience Loan Servicing Specialist Three years of loan servicing, documentation, or loan production experience Senior Loan Servicing Specialist Five years of loan servicing, documentation, or loan production experience Strong understanding of loan servicing processes and regulatory compliance Technical Skills You'll be comfortable using: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Databases and spreadsheets Core banking and lending systems Standard office technology and equipment Why You'll Love Working Here We believe great work happens when talented people are supported, challenged, and appreciated.
