Business Development Executive in Arizona and Nevada Role Responsibilities This face-to-face role will build new business by driving new revenue, transactions, and sales growth with new accounts, agents, and customers in and around Arizona and Nevada. It is an important part of our overall strategy as we propel growth in a competitive business environment. In this pivotal role, you will have an integral role in the Western Union sales organization.
Role Requirements
Work Shift REMOTE - Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. However, due to the nature of this role, there is no specific office location where the employee is expected to report. The employee must align with their manager on other expected in-person collaboration opportunities. Salary The base salary range is $40,000 to $50,000 USD per year. Total on target compensation combines base salary with a high-impact commission structure that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
