  • This is a fully remote role, working within your timezone
  • This is a part time role, approx 10-20 hours per week (more hours if more works for you)
  • In this role we're looking for someone who has already worked through Aquent before and has a great track record with us.

This role is ideal for a strong digital marketing operator who understands performance marketing, paid media, audience targeting, and modern digital acquisition channels.

We are looking for somebody who can execute campaigns, analyze performance, and help drive measurable engagement and growth across MMA initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, tracking, reporting, and optimization
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and related digital communications
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data and results
  • Collaborate on messaging, landing pages, creative direction, and audience engagement strategies
  • Support marketing technology and campaign operations as needed

Ideal Background

  • Experience managing paid digital media campaigns and budgets
  • Strong understanding of both "walled garden" platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and broader digital/open web media environments
  • Familiarity with digital campaign measurement, targeting, optimization, and reporting
  • Comfortable operating independently in a lean, fast-moving environment
  • Strong technical orientation with digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and campaign analytics
  • Proven track record working independently across multiple freelance, consulting, or contract engagements
  • Ability to provide strong client references demonstrating successful campaign execution and measurable results
  • B2B marketing experience preferred

Additional Notes

  • Flexible part-time engagement (10-20 hours weekly)
  • 100% Remote
  • Project-based and ongoing campaign support
  • Ideal for an experienced independent consultant, freelancer, or fractional digital marketer
