  • SMB Growth & Graduation Model: Define and scale the merchant growth and graduation model (nano micro small). Lead the integration of value-added services (VAS) such as credit, insights, and financial tools. Ensure the platform delivers a compelling value exchange that drives merchant monetization and retention
  • Bill Payments Expansion: Define Visa's strategy to expand into bill payments ecosystems across LAC. Lead partnerships with Billers (telcos, utilities, governments), aggregators and platforms. Drive Visa's position in bill presentment and recurring payment flows
  • Ecosystem & Partnerships: Build and negotiate partnerships across: Issuers and acquirers, Fintechs and VAS providers, Government entities and ecosystem partners. Develop scalable models for onboarding and integrating partners into the platform
  • Data, Insights & Experimentation: Champion a data-driven and AI-first culture. Drive the development of the insights layer. Lead hypothesis-driven experimentation (MVPs, pilots, rapid iteration)
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence: Build strong relationships with senior leadership across global and regional teams. Influence global product roadmaps to reflect LAC needs. Present strategy, progress, and impact to senior stakeholders
