The Regional EHS Manager is a senior leader and change agent responsible for advancing environmental, health, and safety performance across multiple manufacturing sites. This role goes beyond compliance oversight and serves as a strategic partner to operations leadership, building site capability, driving systemic risk reduction, and ensuring EHS is fully integrated into how the business operates. The Regional EHS Manager develops and coaches site EHS leaders, strengthens technical and leadership capability across the region, and ensures consistent execution of enterprise EHS standards while enabling operational excellence. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position requires regular standing and sitting for extended periods. Regular typing/keyboarding, writing, and filing. Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors. Must also be able to work in a high-stress environment. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid office/manufacturing environment with routine visits to production floors across multiple locations. Compensation The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Pregis' total compensation package. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and skills.
