Salary: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

What You'll Bring (Automation Engineer Requirements):

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industrial automation, robotics, or automated machinery experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with structured text or similar industrial programming languages.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, industrial components, and computer-based diagnostic tools.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% and work independently in industrial environments.

What You'll Do (Automation Engineer Job Duties):

• Commission, configure, and optimize custom automated machinery.
• Program and tune robots, motion control systems, and automation equipment.
• Prepare systems for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues to maximize system performance.
• Integrate vision systems, conveyors, tooling, and other automated equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions.
• Support customer installations while ensuring projects meet quality, performance, and delivery expectations.
