Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

CNC Machinist Requirements:

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience with mills and lathes.
• Proven CNC machine setup and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
• Solid math skills, including geometry and trigonometry.
• High School Diploma or GED (CAD/CAM experience is a plus).

CNC Machinist Job Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for precision manufacturing.
• Prepare tooling, fixtures, materials, and machine offsets for production.
• Verify and adjust CNC programs to ensure accurate, efficient machining.
• Monitor machining operations and make real-time process adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with programming and production teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
