Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in the produce or agriculture industry
• Experience with inspections, reporting, data entry, and basic data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Strong math, communication, and organizational skills
• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards
• Willingness to work weekends and rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50 lbs or more in a fast-paced production environment

Job Duties:

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished fruit products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and quality testing according to product specifications
• Document inspection results, quality issues, repacks, waste, and production activities
• Enter quality data into company databases and prepare reports
• Approve or reject products based on quality, food safety, and customer requirements
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with transportation, FDA, USDA, and company standards
• Maintain and calibrate quality inspection equipment
• Report quality concerns and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues
• Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional quality-related duties as assigned
