Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - Finish (approximately 4:30-5:00 PM)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the produce or manufacturing industry
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, including drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, and measuring tools
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills (testing voltage, identifying short circuits, stripping cables)
• Tapping and threading experience preferred
• Basic inventory tracking and reporting experience
• Air compressor or mechanical maintenance experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, cold, and humid environments

Job Duties:

• Program bagging machines to meet customer product specifications
• Set up film, netting, and label configurations for production runs
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on bagging equipment
• Complete basic mechanical and electrical repairs, including parts replacement and machine calibrations
• Pre-stage machines and load new customer information into production systems
• Support customer transitions by updating machine settings and product configurations
• Manage product changeovers and ensure smooth production flow
• Verify customer orders, product quantities, and finished goods quality
• Collaborate with Quality Control to complete inspections and maintain production standards
• Track inventory, maintain production records, and support warehouse operations as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
