Shift:9 AM to 5:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of data entry, clerical, or related business experience
• Logistics or transportation experience required or strongly preferred
• Knowledge of transportation processes and shipping documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Oracle and SharePoint experience preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally

Job Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation issues, carrier escalations, and shipping exceptions
• Coordinate outbound shipments, including carrier scheduling, dock appointments, truck pickups, and routing
• Communicate with carriers, Customer Service, Sales Operations, Distribution, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Monitor daily shipment activity and proactively resolve delays, missed pickups, and delivery issues
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, including short shipments, routing errors, and delivery exceptions
• Manage transportation inboxes and prioritize incoming requests
• Maintain accurate transportation records, shipping documentation, and performance reports
• Track carrier performance and support continuous process improvement initiatives
• Assist with additional logistics, transportation, and distribution operations as assigned
