Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Process customer billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently
• Apply cash receipts and process customer payments
• Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer records
• Perform credit reviews and assist with account maintenance
• Support the corporate accounting team with daily accounts receivable functions
• Help ensure timely collections and accurate financial records

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with billing, invoicing, cash application, and payment processing
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
