Description
Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support and strengthen safety performance across our commercial construction projects. This role partners with field and corporate teams to ensure OSHA compliance, conduct safety audits, deliver training programs, reduce project risk, and promote a strong safety culture.
The Safety Manager serves as a trusted resource to project managers, superintendents, and project safety officers while helping ensure all projects operate safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.

In accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 Coakley & Williams Construction offers a comprehensive total compensation and benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, employer-matched 401(k), paid time off and holidays, performance-based bonuses, wellness program, and other voluntary benefits and leave types. The determination of salary is based on the candidate's individual professional experience, qualification, education, skills, and training. Job Demands Individuals should be able to reach above and below, stoop and bend, sit, walk, and stand. Individuals should also be able to lift, carry and/or moving items up to 50lbs. May be exposed to heavy machinery/equipment, hazardous chemicals and extreme weather conditions. Minimum of 40 hours per week required. Works hours will vary depending on project specifications and may involve weekends and night work.
