Workplace Occupancy Planner & Move Coordinator
Overview Waters is seeking an experienced corporate real estate and facilities management professional to lead our Occupancy Planning and Move Management Strategy across our global portfolio. This critical role is responsible for optimizing space, aligning workplace availability with long-term business goals, driving process improvements, and managing complex relocations while providing strict financial and operational oversight. As a hands-on leader, you will manage all physical move activities, coordinate workspace enhancements, and ensure high-quality service delivery to all internal stakeholders. This is a 5 days a week onsite with flexibility. Responsibilities Occupancy Planning & Space Strategy
Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze portfolio utilization data, headcount demand, and capacity metrics (1 to 3-year horizon) to forecast supply, identify cost savings, and recommend efficient space allocation strategies.
