Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Second Shift: 2 PM-10:30 PM | OT on the Weekends as Needed

Quality Control Team Member Requirements:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or a production environment preferred.
• Understanding of GMPs, food safety standards, and quality control processes.
• Ability to read, complete, and interpret basic production and quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and nonconformance.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with QA and operations teams.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision in a fast-paced production environment.

Quality Control Team Member Job Duties:

• Support food safety and quality assurance checks on production lines to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct basic inspections and identify nonconforming product, including placing items on QA hold when necessary.
• Accurately complete QA hold tags, release documentation, and daily quality records.
• Assist in investigating quality deviations and support root cause analysis and corrective actions under QA leadership.
• Communicate food safety and quality issues to QA and operations management teams.
• Follow GMPs and uphold food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Review and maintain the accuracy of daily production and quality documentation to prevent repeated errors.
