Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation | Day Shift: 6:30 AM-6:30 PM | Night Shift: 6:30 PM-6:30 AM

Pack Out Operator Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-5 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate production machinery and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail with solid reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and support changeovers.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements consistently.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.

Pack Out Operator Job Duties:

• Operate pack-out stations and production equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform line clean-outs, changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns as needed.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and make adjustments to maintain product specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Communicate with supervisors and lead operators and provide coverage for lead duties when needed.
• Support adherence to safety programs, including LOTO, confined space, and environmental procedures.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and production deviations promptly.
