Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital is currently seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cottage Residential Center. We specialize in the treatment of substance use disorders, providing a supportive setting to begin the journey of recovery. We have over 45 years of experience providing treatment to help people achieve and maintain lasting sobriety. Our program provides medically supervised care, with ease of access to the resources of Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital nearby. We offer both private and semi-private rooms for up to 24 adults. Our collaborative treatment approach offers a team of highly experienced professionals, which includes registered nurses (RN's) and licensed therapists (LMFT's), with referrals to a team of physicians with specialization in addiction medicine (American Society of Addiction Medicine). *Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable. Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health's annual management incentive program. Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential.
