About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Solution Strategist, Collection Automation who brings a strong blend of healthcare product strategy, patient access expertise, and revenue cycle workflow knowledge. This role is ideal for someone who has helped shape product direction, define market needs, translate client challenges into meaningful software capabilities, and partner closely with engineering and business teams to bring solutions to life.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting or developing solutions in environments such as Experian Passport, Waystar, ASKA, or similar patient access / revenue cycle platforms. We are also highly interested in candidates with hands-on knowledge of physician practice operations, acute patient access, registration, eligibility, prior authorization, collections, or front-end revenue cycle workflows.
What You'll Do
As a Solution Strategist, you will help define the vision, strategy, and functional direction for collection automation and patient access-related solutions. You will bring together market insights, client needs, competitive intelligence, and internal stakeholder feedback to guide product priorities and solution development.
*Shape and communicate solution strategy, roadmaps, and priorities across key stakeholders.
*Conduct market research, competitive analysis, client discovery, and stakeholder interviews to identify current and future solution needs.
*Translate healthcare workflow challenges into clear business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional priorities.
*Partner closely with Engineering to manage roadmap scope, define requirements, review prototypes, and support timely solution delivery.
*Use data, analytics, client feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
*Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Client teams to support go-to-market strategy, product positioning, solution training, release content, and sales enablement.
*Serve as a voice of the market and client, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to the needs of healthcare organizations.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who understands how patient access and revenue cycle workflows operate in real healthcare settings - and who can turn that knowledge into product strategy and solution direction.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of healthcare software consulting, healthcare IT, product strategy, solution strategy, or solution functionality experience.
  • Experience with patient access workflows in a physician practice and/or acute care setting.
  • 2+ years of software-related project experience.
  • Experience writing, reviewing, or applying requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, or functional specifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Marketing, and client-facing teams.
  • Ability to research, analyze, prioritize, and clearly communicate solution needs and requirements.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Preferred Experience

  • Product strategy, product consulting, solution consulting, or product management experience in healthcare technology.
  • Experience with platforms or workflows similar to Experian Passport, Waystar, ASKA, or other patient access / revenue cycle solutions.
  • Knowledge of front-end revenue cycle processes, including registration, eligibility, estimation, prior authorization, collections, denials prevention, or financial clearance.
  • Experience supporting solution roadmaps, go-to-market planning, market analysis, or competitive positioning.
  • Comfort working with engineering teams to define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and support software delivery.
  • Ability to balance client needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and market opportunity.
