Job Description:

FormFactor is seeking an experienced manufacturing executive to serve as Senior Director, Site Leader for our Beaverton, Oregon facility. The Beaverton site designs and manufactures advanced RF probe card solutions supporting some of the world's most demanding semiconductor test applications. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Site Leader is responsible for overall factory performance including safety, quality, delivery, cost, yield, employee engagement, and financial performance. This General Manager-equivalent role has direct responsibility for Operations, Equipment Engineering, and Process Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership for the Beaverton manufacturing site.

  • Own site performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Yield, and financial results.

  • Lead Operations, Equipment Engineering, and Process Engineering organizations.

  • Drive throughput, cycle time, capacity, productivity, and on-time delivery performance.

  • Establish a First-Time-Right culture focused on quality, reliability, and yield improvement.

  • Drive process control, SPC discipline, root cause problem solving, and continuous improvement.

  • Maximize equipment availability, reliability, and utilization through proactive maintenance strategies.

  • Own operating budget, capital planning, and long-term site strategy.

  • Develop organizational capability, succession plans, and leadership bench strength.

  • Serve as the primary operational escalation point for customers and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.

  • 15+ years of semiconductor or advanced manufacturing leadership experience.

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and technical organizations.

  • Demonstrated success leading factory performance across SQDCY metrics.

  • Experience with manufacturing systems, yield improvement, process engineering, and equipment engineering.

  • Strong financial acumen including operating budgets, capital investments, and cost management.

  • Advanced degree, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications.

Pay Range:

$181,800.00 - $238,560.00

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $181,800.00 and $238,560.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
